So all Primarchs, all Daemon Primarchs to a higher degree, Eldrad Ulthran, Abaddon the Despoiler, Ka'Bandha, Prime Skarbrand, and An'ggrath.

Those are just the "completely positive" ones. There are quite a few more who range from "most likely scale" to "possibly scale".
