Idk how they compare AP wise but Khorne has them nice hax resistances and would force this into a "fair fight" or direct combat

Both seem to be baseline (Although High 1-B is a tier without much variety in terms of AP levels it seems).

Khorne can create infinite dimentional structures while TOBA killed someone who should be on the level of Eternity (An embodiment of the eighth multiverse)

So AP wise they should be about even, maybe TOBA is slightly stronger.

Second question is how would TOBA do in "direct combat" and how they'd be able to get past each others' immortality. I'm not use to such abstract and hax-ish battles so I'm wondering how that would go. And does TOBA have any haxes and abilites that Khorne can't negate or nullify?

well in their high 1B from nither should really be able to kill the other

since one below all would just resurect hulk(Like he did a billion times now) and use him as a vessle still

and khorne as his 1A true abstract self would just remake his high 1B body
