Kharn the Betrayer vs Yoshino Reiji

Khan soulducks him. While it's true that Reiji has faced those who are immune tho his abilities, none have the negation power of Khorne.

  • Reiji has a Striking Strength of Class PJ
  • Kharn has a Striking Strength of Class XJ
  • Kharn's amulet negates all abilities that are not done via physically
Unless Fenris Wolf is an attack that makes direct contact with Kharn, it probably won't work on him either.

Kharn should have this.

Kharn's amulet doesn't negate all abilities that are not done physically, it just negates everything that Khorne doesn't see as fair. If Reiji can beat Kharn down with his non-cheap abilities fair and square, he wins. Otherwise, he gets everything negated by Khorne (countering people immune to his hax means nothing since Khorne is vastly stronger, being Tier 1) and then gets beaten down and soul-destroyed by Kharn.

I remember Azzy stating that unless the attack in question is not close-ranged combat, it will be absorbed by Khorne's amulet.

However, Fenriswolf's description states:

It is basically a straight attack with super concentrated magical energy.
Notably, what Kharn's amulet/collar does is

This brass collar forged at the foot of Khorne's throne allows Kharn complete immunity to reality warping, mind control, psychic assaults, magic, etc.
I'll stick with Kharn for the time being, just to be on the safe side.

The Magis in Fortissimo are kinda lack of physical feat. But i remember Reiji tanking Odin's Multi-Galaxy level Gungnir and survived (although heavily injured). Not really sure about this though, Himeko, got any idea ? o3o

But does Kharn's amulet has a limit ? Because it would sound like a NLF to say that it would give Kharn the ability to be immune to the Universal conceptual manipulation (And yes, it's magic). What is the Amulet's best feat ?

Its limit is Khorne's power, which is far beyond universal.

Howard if you have read Kandez Fermata, Reiji was fighting a bunch of Kisekis who outright negated his abilities. If anything Reiji's profile should be updated to account for this because as the visual novel progresses forward, he eventually develops a strategy to take on negation attacks by simply wearing his opponents down.

The rationale behind Reiji's tanking Gungnir feat is because he used Hinako + Sanada's Aegisbringer to tank Gungnir once then the second time he only lost his right hand to Odin's attack on his own.

Khorne doesn't see energy blasts as fair.
He does, depending on how they're used. If you're using energy blasts to damage your foe before charging them and dealing more damage, that's honorable combat. If you're trying to play keep-away and only using energy blasts while constantly running from your opponent, that's not honorable. Khorne's whole thing is martial honor.

Considering Reiji's character, even bloodlusted he will just stick with his attacks while standing on his ground so if anything Reiji's fighting style is more like a knight than an underhanded assasin. If you want more information look at his battle against Rogue, even though his abilities were getting sealed one by one he took on the damn psychopath to the bitter end in the Bad Endings.

Then that would almost certainly be honorable combat. Khorne has enormous respect for those who stand their ground no matter what, and scorns cowards.
