This feels like a massive stomp in favour of Kharn, as far as I know, Ghostrider in this state would possibly be around comfortably superior if he does properly scale to Megafoe, if not they would be around even to Kharn having a slight superiority. However, Kharn's durability and Gorechild both scale to GIGAFOE, meaning no matter what Ghostrider's attacks are not even remotely scratching him, as any form of hax he has goes completely out the window due to Kharn's passive 1-A powernull. On the flip side, Gorechild completely ignores durability, negs regeneration and immortality, and would absorb Zarathos and Johnny's souls. This just does not seem like anything Johnny can win sadly. Though the fight would be pretty metal.
