I'd argue Kirby is probably strong enough not to get one-shot, as he scales above 29 Megatons and has a 34 Megaton feat on his profile. Kessler still has the edge with the sheer size of his scaling chain though.
Kirby can inhale Kessler if gets to close and can inhale his projectiles. If he inhales a lightning bolt, he gets spark. If he inhales the grenades fired by one of Kessler's dtones, he gets bomb. Etc. Alternatively, he could inhale stuff from the environment, eating a tire to become wheel Kirby for instance. The full list of abilities this Kirby has is in his profile, I don't remember enough about the show to list everything he has.

Kessler has a decent AP and Dura Advantage due to his scaling chain, but probably not that relevant
Kessler's main schitck I think is his mind manipulation, since he plays range usually he can avoid the succ by teleporting around it and using his ranged attacks to keep him at bay
Thing is, after Kirby starts Succing his abilities, Kessler would likely throw a mindhax clone at him and after that if Kirby Suucs it, which is in character, he gets mindhaxed and KOd

Counterpoint: Kessler would only switch to mindhax clones after Kirby inhales one of his powers. After that, Kirby will already have a power, so he'd have no reason to inhale the other projectiles Kessler is throwing at him.

But... he can't have more than one ability at a time. He'd have to get rid off or lose his current ability first.

Kirby succs
Kirby spams bolts and grenades
Kessler dodges to varying degrees of success
The question is, how does Kirby handle Kessler spamming homing clones that mess with people's vision and telekinesis that can rag doll him?
