Kenshiro vs Shao Kahn

He's always non coporeal

Even if not Ken can't bypass low godly and I'm fairly sure he can't survive the soulhax
 
Actually, Kenshiro can bypass Low Godly Regen with his Musou Tensei, since he can erase people from existance with it, or with the Soryu Tenha, and Kenshiro has Non-Physical Interaction on his profile, so he can touch Shao Kahn, and given that the speed is equalized Kenshiro's Precognition and Instinctive Reaction would be really helpful so im leaning on him.
 
Kenshiro has some resistance to chi draning so maybe he can ressit it, but even if not, i dont think that Shao Kahn would soul hax him soon as the fights start, as we've seen that he likes to fight and is dangerously overconfident, Kenshiro on other hand, the moment that he notices that his pressure points are incapable to kill him he would go to Musou Tensei.
 
We should really not look at Shao Kahn being overconfident here. SBA says they're in Earthrealm so he just soulhaxes everyone in it including Ken.

He only fights physically in MK tournaments and this isn't a tournament.

Via the fact that said planetary AoE can be seen? As can the fist that has to move up and open to do so?

Shao Kahns Soul Hax isn't thought based.
 
It can be seen, but how do you even dodge it?

That's not what I'm saying, I'm fully aware he has to raise his hand. And what is he going to do against having his lifeforce drained and getting withered into a rotten corpse all while having his soul ripped out?
 
By killing the person before they do it.

Probably because speed is Equal and the AoE still needs to travel 4KM to even affect Ken
 
Shao Kahn's soulhax isn't a moving wave, it's just an effect spread throughout a larger area. And raising a hand is shorter action than going 4 km to reach someone while speed is equalized.

It has always required a travel time every time it was used, ever.

MK3, the Soul Steal was surrounding the entire planet going into Shao Kahn

MK9 Shao Kahns Soul Steal has a path when he takes Shangs soul

Every Soul Steal in the entire series shows a travel time

But Ken can't even affect him from this range so yeah, it is a stomp.
 
Regardless, the moment his soul leaves his body, he will be drained of life and withered anyways.

Inclined to say stomp too, even if this is Unrestricted.
