It says he can fight as a soul, Seda has Non Physical Interaction. Like many Dark Cloud characters he can effect souls.

AFAIK you need void based techniques to affect Muso Tensei

Plus it seems that both of them have precog

Can he stay in that state forever, is it his opening move?.

Because Seda can keep his distance and wait or BFR when he's no longer in that state.
