As of current, I will go with Kenshiro (~Mach 45) for his speed advantage. Musou Tensei also ignores durability by turning objects into atoms.

Kenshiro was rated Low 7-C via holding back anyways. He is likely scalable to Kaioh who is much faster and stronger compared to Raoh.

Still, not sure on this one.

Their combat speed is roughly equal (all Servants worth their salt are Mach 15 with Mach 45 reactions and combat speed).Their power sets are even similar.

I'll give it to Li Shuwen for being less merciful and kind along with Sphere Boundary, which makes it virtually impossible for him to be detected until the moment of his attack.

The AP is likely useless since both can kill each other with their secret techniques in one hit. As for speed... Unless Kenshiro run away Li can keep up because he is the one who strike first.

Li's Sphere Boundary is described as cloak of Qi (so probably it can interfere by some degree other Qi attacks). It's a good defense since it protect him from being detected by five senses and some enhenced senses like Clairvoyance or low-level Precognition...

Kenshiro on other hand has a lot of different techniques and great knowledge of Martial Arts. Of course Pressure points and copy-cat tendencies are useless versus "completely invisible" opponent. But still, he is no sloth. If he detects killing intent he will likely react as fast as possible.

P.S.: By the looks of it - Servants can kill other Servants in Spiritual forms (since it would be easier to avoid death just by jumping into intangability).
