For me. I go with Kenshiro.

Intangibilty will be an absolute pain for Ken to bypass, and so will his Regen, but thankfully, with Two forms of Pre-cognition, plus Muso Tensei, plus existence erasure, and he should be able to get off the winning hit before Aku.
