Acidic Saliva should ignore durability, Zeus and Prometheus can stay in the sky and spam attacks to distract Kenpachi also she still has access to her life span stealing ability. Unlike her Soul Manipulation she doesn't need to scare anyone to use it.

Spatial cutting and supeior speed give Zaraki the edge here, and if we are using bankai Kenpachi, I mean jesus that thing is scary, in terms of speed and physical power and considering he keeps the spatial cutting from the shikai which he should as it's just a slighty smaller version of the shikai. Also his durabilty feats and stamina means he can probably withstand what Big mum throws at him.
