Okay so I was gonna say "Muso Tensei gg" but then I remembered that "Reiatsu Crush gg" was a thing that's going on right now.

Does Ken's ability to astral project his soul to fight for him as well being able to hit souls help here at all? If not then yeah Reiatsu Crush gg.

Also, would Kenpachi's non physical interaction effect Ken will's he's in Muso Tensei? He can turn into nothingness, but I'm not sure how good Kenny's NPI is here.

Not for Kenpachi. He specifically lacks the control of other Captains and just releases his reiatsu in huge amounts at all times. Its why Ichigo, Ganju and Hana were on the floor from him being relatively near them.

Because I remember in the Fullbring Arc, Kenpachi showed up for like 4 mins and one shotted one of the Fullbringers with a single attack instead of just lolreiatsucrushing them. By one shotting, I mean actually pulling out his Zanpakuto and actively slicing him up (I dont remember the fullbringers name since only I only cared about like 4 of them).

Not that I dont see what your saying, but if Kenpachi's reiatsu crush was passive, why did he need to use his Zanpakuto to one shot a fodder fullbringer?

Anyways as for this battle itself, Kenshiro would win due to the fact he manage to stalemate Gerard in a fight whereas Kenpachi on the other hand had to team up with two other Captains to put up a fight against Gerard in canon so this much should say something. So yeah, stomp thread in Kenshiro's favor.

It doesn't, Naruto characters themselves have chakra which is the combination of spiritual energy and physical energy. Senjutsu adds natural energy to the mixture. Bleach characters on the other hand only has spiritual energy. Bleach's reiatsu crush has no effect on Naruto characters.

Intangibility and Existence Erasure with Musō Tensei (Musō Tensei is made up of nothingness, rendering Kenshiro intangible, and allows him to erase others from existence. It also prevents him from being erased as well, however it will bypass his intangibility)

Because Kenpachi can't touch him no matter what he does.

Except Muso Tensei is a passive on it's own and activates automatically whenever Kenshiro is in danger. Kenpachi gets erased.
