A new Pokemon channel short confirms that Kecleon is capable of easily taking out several fully evolved Pokemon at once. Context is that Makuhita needed someone to be a training partner at his dojo, and Kecleon offered to be one, but wiped out everyone who challenged the dojo in a blind fit of rage. One of those Pokemon was Medicham, a Pokemon whos only ability in generation 3 was Pure Power (not like hidden abilities are a thing in mystery dungeon). Because of this, Medicham would be High 7-A in AP, and for easily defeating Medicham and several other fully evolved Pokemon, he should get a High 7-A rating as well.
