Interesting match. But if you want the results added to their pages, choose one round. I personally thing that the most important information to decide a winner are the conditions if you choose a round (Speed equalized, Curse or not, ...) and most important: In which environment are they fighting ?

I thinkI vote if you clearify the environment and the contitions. The best would be if you equalize speed and give percy either some water or the curse, because Kazuma is 6-C and higher.

Okay. Makes sense. I will add round 4 at the end of this and to make things fair since percy profile just got change, the setting will be Hubbard Glacier.

I think Percy wins this with low difficulty. Kazumas Telepathy and Precognition are not for combat, Percy has the advantage of terrain with a lot of matter to manipulate, he is physically far stronger and with the curse he is the better swordsman. Kazumas dimension sword might cause some problems, but overall percy has the better stats and far better hax.
