Apparently some FF7 characters have 9-A keys by now, so I'll try to use them.

• Yakuza 1 Kiryu, no equipment. The AP of Kiryu is above 0.111 tons, can be amped. Tifa's first key. Her AP is apparently 0.71933698748 tons.
• Speed equalized
• Kiryu is in character, but does have the mindset to beat up women (He would fight back anyway, knowing it's not really a weak target)
• Location is Omi HQ

Kiryu has initial AP advantage, and his stat boosts such as Heat can be built up and triggered faster than a Limit Break. Plus his scaling chain in terms of skill is pretty crazy, so unless Tifa holds on long enough to activate a Limit Break and nails Kiryu with it, I say Kiryu takes it with high diff at worst.
