Kazuma Kiryu vs Ryu (1-0-0)

So Ryu scales to 0.04 tons of TNT and Kiryu to 0.33, making Kiryu 8.25x stronger and thus in one-shot distance.
Kiryu has a skill advantage, being a genius capable of copying entire martial arts styles by seeing them once and has fought similar opponents, even ones who trained specifically to fight him.
Kiryu has a resistance to fire manipulation so that won't affect him much either.
The two advantages Ryu has that I see is some damage boosting (not gonna cover a 8.25x difference in AP) and his Class M LS. From what I've seen, however, Ryu mainly relies on strikes in combat and not grabs, meaning that he is more likely to go for a frontal assault only to get whooped by Kiryu's one-shot AP and annihilated harder than the average thug you encounter on the streets ingame.
Overall, I think this is a stomp.

That definitely makes the fight closer and probably not a stomp but Kiryu still outskills massively and the only advantage Ryu really has at this point is his LS which Kiryu could deal with since he has fought people with higher LS before and escaped their grasp via different methods.
Basically Ryu gets hit with the good ol Rush punching barrage and gets sent to the shadow realm gg.
