Scenario: Both girls are place in the Hunger Games arena, location is a dense rainforest
Any outside interferences such as mutts, fireballs, natural disasters, bees, floods, etc. are restricted. Fight takes place in a pure neutral territory.
SBA applies, win via death
Both start at opposite sides of the arena. Since there's no official measurements of the arena I could find, I'll just say starting distance is around 1 km.
Speed not equalized for now.

Ellie has a massive AP and Durability Advantage. Katniss is baseline 9-C while Ellie is a pretty solid 9-B. Ellie easily 1-shots Katniss here. Katniss's only change is to try and preform a sneek attack and land a killing blow with the first attack, but Ellie will be in stealth too, and has powerful enough hearing to dectect opponents in hiding and Ellie has better stealth skills than Katniss. Even if Katniss gets the jump on Ellie, unless she opens with an explosive or that first arrow goes straight into Ellie's jugular or eye or something, Ellie would survive due to her being an absolute tank and would instantly light Kat the **** up with Molotovs, Semi-Automatic Rifle rounds, Exploding Arrows, and much more. Ellie has been in this exact situation hundreds of times with more dangerous people then Kat and has made it out alive each and every time, she should be more than capable of making it out again
