From the profiles it would seem that attack is also effective.

Actually, looking even closer Kavacha and Kundala reduce Madoka's attacks by 90% in their effectiveness.

Madoka's AP is about 5.6 GT, I believe from the linked calc on her profile.

0.90*5.6 = 5.04 5.6-5.04 = 0.56 GT

Less than a GT is in Mountain level.
