Kamijou Touma vs Higashikawa Mamoru

From the crossover we know that Mamoru's Absurdity won't be able to affect Touma directly, since Touma was the only hero in the team especifically excluded from TÛr's blessing due to IB. We know that the blessing from TÛr, god of victory, is very similar to Mamoru and Karen's Absurdities. Not only were they described in their own series as similar to being a deity of victory like Nike, when TÛr blessed the group Karen stated that their Absurdities were being boosted:
"Our Absurdities are being amplified…no, overwritten? Oh, this is bad. This is really bad. We're already manipulating probability to a ridiculous extreme, but this is pushing that up even further!!"
But Mamoru's Absurdity doesn't just make his enemy fail, it also makes him succeed. In simpler terms, while IB makes Touma immune to Mamoru's ability "debuffing" him, it shouldn't be able to do anything about it "buffing" Mamoru and affecting their surroundings. So while Touma is definitely stronger than Mamoru, Mamoru is probably going to dodge all attacks and eventually take him down. If Shizuna couldn't do anything against him and Karen I doubt Touma can. Against low-tiers like Touma, Mamoru' Absurdity is basically god-mode, so Mamoru wins this with low difficulty.
