Alright, this will be a simple CRT.
By the end of Saber, Touma obtains the Wonder Almighty Book to recreate the Universe as well as Wonder World. By possessing the new Almighty Wonder Book, he recreated the entire universe, thus knowing everything from the world's beginning to its demise (concept, lore, knowledge, etc.). Furthermore, he was capable of restoring Wonder Books, which we know from Ocean History can contain Concepts, and brought back everyone who was killed and we know from Storious that everyone has their own story that is written for them. Meaning that Touma had created stories that will follow the lives of each and every thing that ever exited.
Another thing to point out is the fact that the new Wonder Almighty is stated to be a book of "omniscience and omnipotence". Given the fact that Touma has knowledge of everything within the universe and Wonder World, this is not far fetched. Now, here's the interesting part, is this talking about Omniscience in terms of Touma's universe or the Multiverse as a whole. Normally, we would just assume that it is Touma's universe but he does interact with Higher Dimensional Beings in Super Hero Senki. So after the series, Touma should potentially have knowledge of the higher dimensions of Shotaro's World. The Wonder Almighty Book is also stated to be based on the Akashic Records, which contain all history from the past to the future.
So in conclusion: Touma’s intelligence should be upgraded Omniscience by the end of the series, by possessing the new Almighty Wonder Book, Touma created a new Universe and Wonder World, thus knowing everything from the world's beginning to its demise.
