Is Decade's Low 1-C range is is applicable in his 2-A form? Asking because Alien X's consciousness that control the body exist outside of the 2-A multiverse so any attack targeting that aspect needs that range. Though I don't think Aliex X can bypass High Godly regeneration.

No, Tsukasa gains his L1C range after Gaim Gaiden, which this version of Tsukasa has not yet gone through. Although it is layered, as the baseline KR multiverse consist of 3-4 sets of infinities.

For the speed thing, I don’t think Decade is allowed to win via speed amp cause he’s normally slower.
