Kai finally does some 69ing

Anyways, Kai does have a bit of an edge over Incineroar, with how Incineroar scales to baseline, and Kai scales to being way above baseline. She can also hammer this in with Sword Saint giving her 5 times the attack speed (Since she can make basic attacks up to 5 times in a turn with it), not to mention typical sword skill meme amping.
They're probably even in fighting experience, with how Incineroar is a grizzled wild animal, and Kai has been fighting on the SAO front lines for months. But, considering AP and the ability to get way more speed, Kai absolutely hammers him into the ground.

Not from what I can tell
The 2.5 Megaton feat was done in a fight between 7-A+s (It's a Volbeat humiliating a Mega Alakazam, after all), so it shouldn't apply to Low 7-Bs, who have their end scale to 900 Kilotons.
Edit: Then again that might be forked Pokemon mechanics, so, eh, either way, Kai still mauls them via speed amping
