so I guess I'll vote for Kagura then. He eventually adapts and precogs his way through Mel's strikes, learns quickly that using energy attacks at random won't do cause full counter. Can amp his power with Overdrive and negate his Regenerationn factor.

Post-Purgatory Meliodas is around the same level as Demon King possessing Meliodas who has the combined powers of Prime Meliodas and 50% of his own power. 50% Demon King is ridiculously more powerful than Prime Assault Mode Meliodas. Prime Assault Mode Meliodas is far more powerful than his Demon Mark state which he stated is powerful enough to cancel out Elizabeth's magic. Prime Elizabeth simultaneously held back both Indura Monspeet and Derieri. The latter was able to easily no sell attacks and than overpower True Body Ludoshel who is baseline Low 6-B.

Also full counter isn't really his only ability in this key. Post-Purgatory Meliodas also has some decent range unlike his previous keys. In this key he has Danmaku via Trillion Dark where he bombards his enemy with a bunch of concentrated darkness balls and he could also shoot a ball that seems to be made of hellfire.
