Kagura Karatachi upgrade

In the recent Boruto episode (Ep 237) we saw Kagura fight alongside Kawaki against Tenma. Both of them were generally struggling however they overall performed on an equal level and seemed relative to eachother. We would also see Kagura briefly fight Tenma by himself and still hold his own.
Overall i believe his performace effectively mirror's Kawaki and that he should mirror his 7-B no Karma rating aswell.

Personally i think an updated view of some of Kagura's ratings would look something like:

Tier: 7-B

Attack Potency: City level (Fought Tenma who earlier could overpower both him and Kawaki simultaneously)

Speed: Massively Hypersonic+ (Fought on equal terms with Kawaki againt Tenma)

Striking Strength: City Class (Comparable to Kawaki)

Durability: City level (Withstood getting dropkicked by Tenma, who could overpower Kawaki)

Also some quick notes just FYI:

1. Kagura is an Anime-only character so naturally anime feats do count
2. Eventually, Kagura did manage to overwhelm Tenma at a certain point, so this isn't a Krillin - Trunks Vs Cell scenario in case that was a worry.
