Boruto Timeskip is here and so am I. I'll add links for some places where none are. and I have things to cover from Og boruto (idk how to feel about calling it that) prior so enjoy. (Note, I'll make a thread for Boruto's hax/resistances/links for keys and hax/Character upgrades sometime in the future)
True Karma Essense State
We all know the Karma boost the physical capabilities of the vessel.... But there's more to it than that. Not only does it boost the vessel's capabilities but gives them. It uploads the otsuktsuki's battle knowledge and experience into the vessel's body making them stronger. Boruto enters this state and becomes noticeably stronger as code himself expresses along with eida believing boruto poses a great threat to code now that he has channeled "Momoshiki's Power". However, this power is far weaker than his Partial Otsuktsuki Form as code believes that the form is superior to Boruto' karma being "True Otsuktsuki Power" and eida believing code can't take on the form. More evidence being code literally fearing the appearance of momoshiki and momoshiki absolutely blitzing with rasengan and outclassing him.
Motives for this?
True Karma Essense should be added as a key on Boruto's profile as it's actually a form he has with feats and its own properties alike.
Timeskip Boruto
Not much on this to say, too much unknown to make a summary except Boruto has minor feats that should be added to his profile and should have a profile as you did with naruto or at the very least a key for this form for future upgrades and since... It's a form of Boruto now.
Scaling
Regular Karma Boruto is absolutely fodder to Code. Getting absolutely ridiculed which is mesmerized by kawaki expressing his strength and speed compared to boruto, code effortlessly blocking a kick from boruto and flawlessly escaping a rasengan attack from Boruto. Code even with limiters is confident that he is able to kill Sasuke and definitely Naruto with some difficulty which is backed up by Amado which assuring kawaki that he wouldn't be able to defeat code as he did with delta when he had kurama. Code who is superior to delta (which the wiki has accepted) although delta was able to significantly harm code after she was reprogrammed to protect konoha so it's likely that she's stronger than before. Base Boruto was able to catch code with an offguard attack although he admitted that he couldn't keep up with either Naruto or Delta. True Karma Essense Boruto is now able to fight on par or even overpower Limiter Code with his karma seal activated and blitz code with a vanishing rasengan when his previous form couldn't with a normal one. His Partial Otsuktsuki Form is able to completely outclass code.
So in summary the scaling should go like;
Borushiki > True Karma Essense Boruto >~ Karma Code > Base Code >~ Reprogrammed Delta >??? (Likely Stronger) Pre Reprogrammed Delta > Naruto and Sasuke (No Rennigan/No Kurama) > Karma Boruto> Shippuden

New Speed Stats
Durability stats
