Juvia Lockser vs Percy Jackson

Percy cannot be seriously damaged by water, expecially if we consider the fact that they are on similar tier. Not to mention magic resistance. Juvia has better defensive abilities but apart from that she is outclassed in every possible category.

Percy has been shown to be able to beat a River god in a fight for control over it's own water body. I'd say that, if Juvia were to turn into water, nothing would stop Percy from bending her. He also blood bends briefly in House of Hades so there is that. Plus, Percy is strengthened by water. Percy has a wider variety of attacks. His sword is magical so it may even be able to damage Juvia. Percy can destroy spirits with his sword so a magic body of water might be feasible.

Yeah. Definitely Percy with the reasons stated. Juvia's not gonna be able to hurt him, but I doubt the opposite could be said.
