Justificatio
I've been readin up on 239 and had a few questions regarding her powers.
Regen (mid godly)? The only thing I could find the reason for this was her erasing the neverwere after brining them to exstience and erasing her self as well but later returning but wouldn't this be a low godly regen feat? Since it wasn't stated that her soul was erased as well (unless I missed something)
Concept manipulation? Haven't really seen any good reason for this.
And if you can please link scan to a "Way" being a countless dimensional structure.

Fear manipulation: She could copy and revert everything the Neverwere was able to do and was even able to become the queen of the spiders which were the idea of arachnophobia - shown here when the Neverwere attacks with the idea offers itself
Nonexistent psychology: She is able to manipulate the law of the universe to be able to bring nonexistent beings into existence so she should also be able to turn her self into a non exstience entity - shown here with the Neverwere further supported in Da Capo al Fine where it states "She clapped her nonexistent hands, and brought reality back into existence. Time, which had long since stood still like a stopped clock, began once more. Symmetry was broken, dividing what had been Pure Balance into What Is and What Is Not for a second-third-millionth-infinitive time."

She didn't overpower the Neverwere But was able to erase it because of how pro efficiently she is able to utilize her powers. She could casually recreate the universe thoguh so she would just be a smurf character.
