They’d have to be SOMEWHAT comparable to him to “scare” him. Otherwise he’d just treat them like every other being in the USJ besides the USJ Nomu, or pretty much anyone he’s ever fought besides USJ Nomu and All For One and Wolfram.

People should stop the wank. No one in universe without a durability quirk is tanking hits from High-ends. Even Endeavor got demolished in like 4 hits when he was completely healthy. Mirko got bloodied in 1 hit and torn up every time she got tagged.
I'd only expect characters with actual durability quirks to be tanking hits from these creatures.

That’s not exactly how durability works in MHA. Apparently training can get you pretty far like most series.
Endeavor caught Mirko after she was thrown by a High End and neither of them didn’t really look to be hurt by that throw.

People without durability quirks can be very durable. It just has a limit, as shown with Endeavor and Mirko, who are the most physically powerful fighters, yet still get messed up from High Ends.

That training durability clearly has a hard limit. And piercing attacks are just one clear example. So far the only quirks we have seen directly tank piercing attacks is durability quirks like Fatgum's or Kirishima's.
Even for OFA, we don't know how high the percentage has to be to start outright tanking piercing damage like All Might tanking Rivet Stab to the back.
We know Deku even at 20% was still getting pierced by sharp rocks in Overhaul arc.

Endeavor could take multiple hits from Shigaraki, including a point blank air blast to the face, and a punch to the face, and still get up without SERIOUS damage. But when AFO took over, he skewered him instantly with Rivet Stab.

The set up itself itself is what would scare him, and given that Todoroki could freeze people on that level it wouldnt even be out of the picture. This statement itself wasnt meant to be taken to that value, but that doesnt equate to this statement not being usable
