Memes aside, I think this will be one of those fights that either end in a stalemate or get cut short for whatever reason before a conclusive winner is decided.
Reason I think this is because both of these guys have an insane amount of in-universe hype around them, and I just don't see either one being turned into a jobber quite so soon. So I think they'll have a good little scrap where they both have to "try", but that'll be as far as it goes IMO. Maybe if they have a 'Round 2' in the future, it results in an actual winner, but either way, I don't see either one winning easily regardless.
That being said, this is Boruto, and you never know when someone will be turned into a jobber lmao. But personally, I just don't see either one getting the Code treatment.

I will say though, if I went with the assumption that their fight will absolutely have a winner and I just had to pick one, it'd probably be Jura.
Mainly because of the idea that he's seemingly undefeated across a bunch of timelines and always seems to end up winning. Granted, for the Shinju to reach their end goal of succing the planet dry, he doesn't necessarily have to defeat Daemon to do so, but it's also hard to imagine that there isn't at least one timeline where they fought. Especially given Daemon's desire to fight strong people who can challenge him.
Still, I believe that even if Jura ends up winning, it won't be an easy win. Kinda just doesn't make a whole lot of sense for Daemon's character and set-up to lose easily. It makes more sense for him to be challenged in an enjoyable fight and then end up losing due to some major flaw/weakness he has, rather than getting stomped by Jura.

I'll be satisfied when Daemon gets shocked at his ability not working on Jura in a 1v1 (proving he does it solo)

Sometimes prediction is easy to go by logic, but if I'm an author I may want to think the opposite of the reader's expectation, anyways enough of yata yata, I actually think Daemon may win, but obviously not end Jura's life, but maybe he turn him into a seed thing, and he survives/escapes due to the other Shinjus rescuing him, and after that he gets fighting knowledge and more power (evolves) kinda like Cell or Meruem. So next time he comes stronger, that way neither of them get done dirty and Daemon maintain his status?
