Tweak 1: Replacing the Dean's Speed Calc
The Speed part of the Dean's Cloud calc takes the length of the cut, and assumed it happened in the time it takes for a pro-swordsman to draw his sword (~0.152 seconds). This timeframe doesn't really have a solid backing in-story, with the scene being the Diagonal Cut Trope where someone swings their sword, but the cut doesn't appear until they shealth their blade.
It looks cool, but it's also basically impossible to get a timeframe for. This calc's gonna replace it, which is just a standard blitz by Hunter's Force Suchan.
His Profile's basically done now, I just need this other calc evaluated first.

- This brings Hunter's Force Suchan from 714.2 m/s to 591.2 m/s, a downgrade but he's still Supersonic so no change to the profile's rating, only the justification.
- The Dean and the Leader would scale, but neither of them have profiles so whatever.
