Jujutsu Kaisen Discussion Page #1

Yuji vs the verse. Not ranking based but if he wins or not situation :
1. Gojo & Sukuna negs no words needed

2. Yuki & Yuta have a number advantage, making it difficult for Yuji to do anything.

3. Hakari is a 50/50 because of continuously hitting the jackpot.

4. Uro is also a 50/50 because she counters Yuji hard, leaving him with few options to attack her. His best chance is to nerf her cursed technique with Simple Domain. Additionally, Black Flash might work.

5. Ryu would lose against Yuji. Yuji can counter Ryu's domain with Simple Domain, and a small amount of Yuji's blood touching Ryu would be lethal. Moreover, Yuji has the upper hand in close combat, and his technique, Scissors, does most of the work.

6. Awakened Yuji is a hard counter for Uraume. He should be able to maintain his body temperature and use scissors to break free from the ice. Additionally, Poison is a hard counter for her.

7. Awakened Yuji also has the advantage against Maki and Toji. Poison and Scissors negs. His RCT can heal soul damage & he can reattach body parts so they can do nothing against him while he can do damage to them & they lack Regeneration.

8. Yuji should outlast Yorozu since she lacks cursed energy efficiency.

9. Higuruma would lose to Yuji because he has two cursed techniques, so if one gets confiscated, he can use another one, and he is skilled at close combat.

10. Miguel also loses to Yuji due to Poison and Scissors. Miguel has no RCT.

She might be the best honestly. She knew that RCT turned CE into blood. Yuta and Hakari didnā€™t.

She also heal others best, while Gojo canā€™t even do it.

What does Hakari know anyway? LMAO.

Not surprised Yuta does this instinctively.
Apart from Todo he was the best student in both schools when it came to Jujutsu sense. Its the reason he was the student who noticed Gojo's brain condition when no one else did

Sukuna is done for if he doesnt beat Jujutsu Tech right now. He won't be able to use his CT after and since he cant use RCT well right now he cant do use it to regen his fried brain. He would basically be a sitting duck.

Also here, Sukuna is using Gojo's handsign
Which only means one thing
Gojo's UV handsign isnt really its original handsign, but he managed to reduce the necessary handsigns as much as possible and this was the result, he could run UV at full output only by crossing his fingers

His Jujutsu skills might be unmatched

Tbh yuji beats most, if not all, reincarnated sorcerers none of them have any defense to his soul strikes.
Kinda curious, what would the soul strikes do? We've only seen the soul strikes actually being applied against two opponents: Mahito and Sukuna. Mahito just got dealt regular damage since the outline of his soul is being attacked, and Sukuna's synchronization with Megumi's cursed energy was interrupted, but it was never outright stated that Sukuna's soul was damaged. Or maybe it was because Itadori knew specifically where to target the soul in that instance. So like would any regular opponents have their bodies twisted into odd shapes? Would their physical appearance change the way they do whenever Mahito uses idle transfiguration? It's also not an in-character move for Itadori to use. Cuz he's a good guy, I don't think he wants to cause damage to anyone's soul unless he absolutely needs to attack the soul to win.

Its definitely not, why would Sukuna's hand get repelled like that by Yuji's shoulder
Check the next panel Yuji was falling backwards indicating that Blow sent him out of the building and we see Sukuna following up on him. Also as I said lastest chapter states Yuji landed 7 BF so among 8 one of the BF is Sukuna's and this one perfectly fits the scenario.

Hes probably using BM and CE reinforcements similtaneously to keep his body in one piece (his leg was cut off but it immediately started to reattach), but thats still insane, he is doing much better than Ryu, who has at least equal durability to Yuta

Cleave is shown piercing through him like butter, but BM probably gave him this insane survivability
Top 3 wuji idc fight me grrr
Yuta is killing him with DE

I'm glad that there are credible, well-established reasons for Yuji's monumental growth in these recent chapters. It's not that he's the chosen one or imbued with genes of the strongest (well it sorta is but that's only a small portion). He gained all the knowledge and expertise of jujutsu techniques from being Sukuna's vessel, something alluded to by Gojo in the earliest chapters which now comes full-circle. He also ate the remaining Death Paintings, which increased his proficiency with blood manipulation and likely his overall cursed energy. And now he's able to use a simple domain, not because of plot, but because of the very same principle that was alluded to since the beginning of the story. Now with the black flashes, his potential and overall cursed energy has been increased, and while people might say that's an asspull, the black flash has been consistently explained and referenced in the story, used to help not only the protagonists, but the antagonists as well. All of these abilities and boosts in power which didn't come out of nowhere, but were subtly referenced and brought back into action.

Overall, I'm very happy with how Yuji's growing so far. He might not be at Sukuna's level or even Yuta's level yet, but I'm sure by now, he can be acknowledged as a special-grade sorcerer.
