Transcendent monks and Bodhisattvas
Enlightenment in JTTW reveals the illusory nature of reality, showing that distinctions and forms are inherently empty, which shoud qualify for 1-A: all of reality is nothing but an illusion to an entity. Of course this state is achieved by transcendent monks and to a greater extent, by bodhisattvas.
The Dharmakaya
The Dharmakaya, the formless essence of all things, is like an infinite ocean of ultimate suchness. In its boundless depths, form dissolves into the immaterial, embracing all phenomena without separation and It is the eternal foundation upon which illusion rises and fades JTTW. Note 118-135, Vol 3, chp 59, p. 388. It embodies the interplay of existence and non-existence, the existent within the nonexistent and vice versa. So to speak, It transcends the duality of form and formlessness where form itself is revealed as a manifestation of emptiness, and emptiness becomes a reflection of form. This non-fixed nature of both form and emptiness emphasizes that true understanding lies beyond any grasp, where the knowledge of emptiness does not confine itself to mere emptiness, and the understanding of form transcends form itself. In this way, the Dharmakaya represents the ultimate reality, where all distinctions dissolve into a profound unity Vol 3, chp 58, p. 113.The Dharmakaya is the one real body of the three Buddha bodies. That is, it represents the true, essential and only real form of the Buddha, Uniting and encompassing all Buddhas of the past, present, and future, this eternal body is, in actuality, the only real body of the Buddha, only manifesting in different forms to meet the spiritual needs of beings. When serving bodhisattvas, it appears as the Sambhogakaya, the body of communal enjoyment. For humanity, it takes the form of the Nirmanakaya, a body of transformation, a fictitious phantom created to guide and enlighten the ignorant and suffering Note 105-118, vol 3, chp 59, pg. 387. Furthermore, It is the body that holds no form yet encompasses all forms, a radiant unity beyond perception of mind or things. In the Dharmakaya, there is no coming or going, no being or non-being, only the pure reality that transcends contrast and craving. It is the light of ultimate truth existing both within and beyond where true form is formlessness itself Vol 1, chp 14, pg. 306.
Transcendent monks and Bodhisattva tier
Unfortunately there’s no clear cut evidence of a layer above baseline superiority for bodhisattvas due to vagueness imo. So transcendent monks would be baseline 1a and bodhisattvas, higher degree into baseline 1a. if accepted, the potency of their abilities here would be upgraded and tiering for the HDE section here would also be changed accordinglyDharmakaya tier
It would be tier 0 due to being described asnot only transcending form and formlessness but also the distinctions between being and non-being, existence and non-existence. It represents the ultimate reality and is the foundation for all phenomena without being confined to any of them. Which should meet the requirements for tier 0: being beyond all forms of hierarchical extension and distinctions.
Buddha tier
The sambhogakaya and nirmanakaya are described as avatars or manifestations of the Dharmakaya. They function as the more localized and perceptible forms of the ultimate body while the Dharmakaya remains limitless and ineffable. These lower forms reflect the dharmakaya in a more tangible and perceivable way and embody the frameworks of logically possible worlds as described for high 1a+ as its manifestations.This is the profile that would gain these changes in their last two keys
