Well I'm leaning to Jojo on this. Better AP advantage and Time Stop is in favour of him. Ecco can heal and has invisibilty, but I don't see him sneaking up on Jotaro with SP watching his back. Going with the Ocean Man.

Guess I'll go with Jotaro, time stop and 8-B AP helps here. And healing is not gonna help when SP keeps punching the poor dolphin to bits.

I know, but I made my assumption based off of stats and my belief. I'm pretty sure if Ecco attacked Jotaro he isn't gonna take that lying down, SP can act on its own accord to defend Jotaro anyway, he may fight to only incap but he's just got too many pros in his favour for me.

Just realized this was for fun, but Jotaro wins anyways because he ***** the dolphin until it gets a prolapse.
