I think that Jotaro Beats Metal bat with relative ease as star platinum is invisible to humans, and while metal bat out classes jotaro himself physicaly star platinum is way above Metal bat, and the time stop is an instant win.

The winner is Jotaro in my opinon.

Metal Bat cant hope to land even one hit on Jotaro if speed isn't equal, however, Star Platinum can keep punching Metal Bat all of his life and it won't really do anything.

Metal bat's duribility is not infinite and there is a limit to his rage boost.

Even his base form is still too durable for Jotaro to damage; he can survive hits from Elder Centipede and Carnage Kabuto.

Jotaro has a trump card. He can phase threw people and objects, which means that he can remove metal bat's organs. Literally a one shot win for Jotaro.
