Well, Might Guy strongest attack without gate no.8 is only town level, and if Johnny inner power is allowed which improve his durability to also town level, then speed equalized with both.

A vote for Johnny because he can just tank Might Guy attack until he collapses from the fatigue and self-injury caused by opening the gates.

Actually, between gate no.7 and gate no.8, there's a really huge gap of power, soooo... you can't really have gate no.8 without Guy stomping, but you can't just have gate no.7 without Johnny stomping.

Actually, Morning Peacock is Calced at Town Level and Hirudora as "At Least Town Level" by Gwynbleiddd. It is not jet added, but Part of the Naruto Revisions Projekt.

It has already been aproved by the Calc Team, but as it seems not jet added. So Guy is actually able to harm Jonny in a lethal manner, while this is not the Case for Jonny towards Guy.
