as i said above, people do wrong to do say "5D isn't accepted", he just isn't a thing on the wiki, because noobdy cared enough. meaning the 5D stuff wasn't thechnically accepted by the wiki, but not because they got denied, but because noobody showed anything

Got it backwards. You can restrict them if they're a higher Tier, you can't restrict them if they're the same Tier.

Being 6-B it is an advantage basically. Im going to allow Low 2-C because they are Low 2-C and 4D, and Kars have 4D hax so, but im going to restrict chaos emeralds, they are Low 1-C, kars now dosen't have 5D adapt

This won’t be a valid match if you restrict Power Rings. They don’t make Sonic a higher Tier.

Only all seven Chaos Emeralds together are Low 1-C. Individual Chaos Emeralds are Low 2-C, with up to 6 being higher into Low 2-C. You can't restrict Chaos Emeralds here either due to this, since Chaos Emeralds being in his Standard Equipment means he has at least one but never all unless specified by OP. Even then Sonic obviously isn't allowed to transform.

I'm unsure what you mean by this. Are you trying to balance a restriction of Standard Equipment by restricting Kars' Low 2-C or something? Because at this rate the match isn't going to be added.

Doubtable, Kars not only have Multiversal+ range with dimensional travel, but can transfeal himself in also other kars (both passively if he get killed) that are in the multiverse.
