Sorry for bothering everyone with another DBS thread but I've got some stuff to bring to the table. Don't worry, no up or downgrades here. There's a few things up with Jiren's profile that need some touching up.
First off, Jiren needs an Notable Attacks/Techniques section. The guy does have some notable attacks with unique qualities that we should list. He's also the second most visited character profile in Tier 2, and the 3rd most visited page in all of Dragon Ball, behind DBS Goku and the actual verse! Dragon Ball wikia has a list of them and their descriptions, and I would personally be willing to write out new and condensed descriptions and submit them here before putting them on the profile, so that they can be reviewed. Naturally, I will only use the ones Jiren has demonstrated in the anime and not any games.
Second, Jiren's noted to have Mid-Low Regen. IIRC, that was from when he fought Hit. Specifically when Hit first struck Jiren with his Cage of Time. This didn't actually damage Jiren, it simply knocked him back and intiated Cage of Time. While there was hole, the very moment it went back in place, the Cage activated. So really, I don't see this as Regen. It's just seems to be the byproduct of how Hit's technique worked. With that reasoning, I say we remove Regen from his profile entirely.
Third, Jiren's Precog. His major moment of it was predicting the flight paths of the Katchi-Katchin and deducing that he didn't even need to move as they wouldn't hit him. Beyond this, we never see any other form of Precog nor is more ever elborated upon. Given that, I say we say Jiren has 'Limited Precognition (He is able to predict the flight paths of projectiles)' or something to that effect.
Fourth, Jiren may have displayed Attack Reflection. During Jiren's fight with MUI Goku, after he broke his limit, he did something interesting. Goku fired a ki blast at Jiren, only for Jiren to meet it with seemingly a barrier that stopped the blast and then sent it right back at Goku.
With that, there's all that I'm proposing for Jiren. Nothing crazy or radical. Honestly, the techniques are going to be the hardest thing really.
