Is this character from marvel or dc? Also doesn't Jiren blitz like really bad?

Doc can amp his speed, he can also bfr Jiren to a universe where speed gets converted into music so he can't blitz.Knightofannihilation666 said:

That is single handily one of the weirdest abilities I've heard so far. Does the doc start off with Bfr in character? And is his stat amp good enough to place him near or higher quadrillion times ftl?

Doc is really unpredictable if he wants he can transmute Jiren into a pile of poop and I am not even kidding. Doc in character is not really different from doc not in character so he might go with bfr. As for speed, his true extent is still unknown but he can stretch a moment into infinity and can move beyond 3 dimensional space so theres that....

I'd like to see what else the newly tiered DB characters can do before I give an opinion tbh, as far as it's looking right now, Doc takes this 0 difficulty

This sounds incredibly awesome, but I do have 1 question: what is Doc's reactionary speed? That might make one hell of a difference here
