The scan that lists Jio as FTL appears to be only in reactions, but i still go for inconclusive due to speed diference.

Dammit. Everytime I read Jio, I think of this guy and come to the conclusion that the thread is a stomp.
Gonna have to go with inconclusive since I see no haxx from Jio good enough to hurt Accel, energy absorption is moving the energy right? Moving means vectors right? That's what I think anyway.

jio wins, he is FTL which means that even usual punches go through accels passiv shield, and even if not, Jios profile listed several hax abilitys which i dont know where the limit is:
Soul Manipulation, BFR, Reality Warping.
BFR alone could be instant win but i dont know how it works, reality warping is always a good hax and soul manipulation should become a advantage too, and like already said, Jios speed is way to fast ^_^

I thik this is a good fight but jio freed cant hirt accelerator,depending on accelerators form if angle jio gets destroyed . these pages are missin a lot of stuff on the charaters .my bullet proof vest took a punch but sence it was never shot it cant take a bullet thats this sites logic on refliction.
