Mo-ri Jin, mainly because clones and Yeoui being more versatile . Unless he is unable to use clones or the powers of Yeoui because it got negated

I'm not very knowledgeable about Kharm, but from what I've read it seems like many of his abilities are either rendered null by his god, or relatively useless given the fact that he's up against Jin. It's already been made clear that Jin can one shot Kharm, which I think is a lot more likely given his clones and the Ryu Jingu Bang, which can expand to ridiculous lengths at any distance, and also contract to be practically invisible.

If Kharm is 10,000 years old, then he likely has more experience, yet I don't think it's enough to give him a significant edge, as Jin has also trained for thousands of years specifically in martial arts and in fighting many others comparable to him. I find it far more likely that he'd land a hit on Kharm before Kharm manages to get off anything too deadly, as even a glancing blow can be fatal, in particular when followed up with a consecutive attack such as a Hwechook, which would one shot as it's essentially three attacks.

As I'm not very knowledgeable about Kharm, I'm certainly willing to change my vote if I hear a convincing enough argument. But for now my vote rests with Jin.

His reality warping and whatnot is what I mean. As well as his god not negating Jin's abilities such as his duplication. Please reference Monarch's reasoning above.

I dont know whats his reality warping do but Khorne won't neg Khârn ability and his reality warping might not for offensive purpose.

For example Khorne daemons do their reality warping just to warp planets to their liking.

Gotcha. As I previously stated, I am not very knowledgeable about this character. But the rest of my point should still remain valid until otherwise proven.

Jin doesn't really have any hax that can be negated really. His acupuncture can be learned by anybody with extensive martial arts skill, it's not magic based.

Monarch, Zeed, Gargoyle, Omega, Teon, Dienomite

That makes 6 (Counting out the votes with broken reasons), which means we need one more.

Ah, then either grace peroid begins now, or we can immediately add it as the vote is unanimous.
