Well, there's no calc for Robotboy, so, I'll assume he's baseline. Jenny is 53.09 kilotons, which is around 9.15X above baseline, although Robotboy does have some stuff that could help here, like Ice Manipulation or Energy Absorption, but I think I'm going with Jenny for now.

Jenny, the range of her body manipulation alone makes her more versatile than robotboy.

Robotboy, for much higher regen, higher stamina, ice manipulation, energey absorption, better combat and possibly (just maybe) have a higher ap when transformed.

Jenny via superior Ap and possibly experience since MLAATR has more action than Robotboy iirc. She also has a bigger variety of abilities she can also resist Robotboy's heat and freeze manipulation, and can likely punt him into space.
