Why is his speed unknown? It was stated he was faster than Wally West, Trajectory and Jesse Quick and Wally and Jesse are just under the speed of Barry. MHS.

Do you have pictures of the statements you've listed? It's based to have physical confirmation than to take hearsay. In addition, in the Post-Crisis Continuity, Wally West is considered the fastest Flash by far and he has said repeatedly in the Rebirth continuity that he is the fastest while Barry has stopped doing so.
