That's...probably not a Small Building level durability feat. Especially not Small Building level+.

That's not what I mean.

Past experience with "incendiary explosion" feats (which is what a propane explosion would fall under) tells me that whoever tanks one isn't withstanding all of the energy released at once, just a portion of it. It's part of the reason why at least one feat involving a gas tanker explosion that I tried to get calc'd ended up resulting in Wall level.
