This may be a stomp for Jason. Higher tier, better skilled, higher durability, etc. Mark has no advantages here and even if they were both the same tier, Jason skill stomps.

Then if Hoffman can stealth, he wins. Still think Jason skill stomps via being better at everything that Hoffman is ¨good¨ at. Better fighter, better marksman, better with weapons, better tier, better experiance, etc etc etc.

Pretty sure Jason would have stealth mastery from something.
