Jackets Masks shouldn't be considered gameplay only. We have statements on what they do, like the owl mask highlights what is hidden, so why do we assume that is gameplay only? Sure, in gameplay it manifests as highlighting secrets, but in VS threads that could be used to pick up on hidden enemies or something. Aubrey and Charlie should both be passive minor probability manip. Russel can be that it has Jacket percieve things in black and white, etc. I'm pretty sure Rufus should just be a durability enhancement instead of letting him survive one more bullet. Of course, some stuff would still be gameplay only like the inverted controls
