Jacket's profile right now seems a little lackluster. Let's fix that.

Powers and Abilities
Jacket should probably have Stealth Mastery, due to his time as a Ghost Wolf and what he pulls off in Trauma. He should also have Martial Arts given that the type of military unit he was in would definitely be trained in stuff like this, he can regularly out punch enemies armed with melee weapons, and he is able to make use of swords and the like.

Attack Potency
9-B is good. I'd just also like to note that he's comparable to Biker, who can bisect people. Look at the corpses on the right. He can also kill panthers in a single strike.

Speed
Jacket should have the Supersonic combat speed that people like The Son (Hotline Miami) and Manny Pardo have. Should probably scale to the Biker since they had a fight neither one ended up getting killed in, though Jacket seems to have won. The reasoning for this is as follows:

  • Jacket was a member of the elite Ghost Wolves squad, who was sent to clear out areas entire military companies could not overcome. Meanwhile, there's a character named Corey who used to be a member of some generic military formation. She can dodge gunfire from any weapon in the game with her dodge. For someone with vastly inferior training and experience to outdo Jacket here wouldn't make very much sense.
  • Also part of this Ghost Wolves squad was Beard, a playable character in the second game. There are enemies that can dodge gunfire from an M-16A1 (948 m/s muzzle velocity), an Ithaca Model 37 Stakeout (Muzzle velocity is hard to find info on), an M249 (Muzzle velocity at 914 m/s) a Blaser R93 Tactical (This gun gets chaimbered in a lot of things, around 990ish m/s muzzle velocity on average), and an M2 Flamethrower. The enemies that can dodge these bullets can keep dodging constant fire from any distance, so Beard must instead kill them with melee which means he can keep up with this sort of speed in melee combat. As Jacket has the same sort of training and experience as him, and is generally the most lethal Hotline Miami protagonist, he should have similar combat speed.
  • The Brandon Mask makes Jacket travel fast enough to rather easily dodge enemy gunfire. You can recurrently run across entire rooms and kill someone before they can react and shoot you. Don't think this is a specific value, but it helps.
Lifting Strength
I feel like he may be able to pull Superhuman LS here. Just gonna list potentially intriguing things. Keep in mind some real life people do have superhuman LS, and the strongest ones are in class 5, 3 tiers above supposedly peak human.

Range
He should have hundreds of meters with guns, since that's how far guns actually shoot. Considering he was an elite soldier and all I think he can at least be accurate to that sort of distance.

Stamina
Peak Human is probably the right rating, though i think some justifications should be added. Namely:

  • Something about being an extremely elite soldier intended to do the job of entire companies meaning he should be here
  • Clearing out large buildings without a sweat
  • After being nearly killed and hospitalized, escapes a hospital while barely able to move. In this state, he literally cannot walk the length of a room without having to stop and nearly pass out. Only a day or two later he's good to go slaughter the entire police force and what remains of the mafia.
Intelligence/Skill
Average is just incorrect. Consider what it means to be in the type of military role he was. In his 4 man group with occasional oversight from the Colonel, he would have to be able to function alone deep in enemy territory for long amounts of time, help plan out their assaults on the Russians, would have received extensive special training and instruction, and has the tactics skill to take down huge amounts of the enemy where entire companies failed before. An average person just isn't able to do this. He should probably be gifted. As for skill:

  • Elite soldier, member of the Ghost Wolves. As for the Ghost Wolves, which are only 4 people:
    • Took over several Soviet outposts in just one night
    • Took over an entire resort filled with Soviet soldiers. Previously, a siege lasting weeks failed to do anything and just resulted in the D company taking extreme casualties. 4 guys did in an afternoon what an entire military company could not do for weeks.
    • Local forces ended up dropping out entirely since the USA had essentially just given up on the war at this point, meaning the 4 were tasked with taking a nuclear power plant with no support whatsoever. It was considered a suicide mission even for the likes of them, with heavily armed soldiers everywhere (these including the dudes who can dodge bullets), but all 4 made it to the control room just fine. Jacket was hurt by an elevator randomly exploding in his face but that's not really a nock against his skill.
  • After this, Jacket basically singlehandedly destroys the entire mafia presence in Miami. He ends up killing hundreds of people doing this alone, each one a mafia soldier with some form of gun or lethal melee weapon fully capable of ending his life if they could actually hit him. These mobsters have killed many masked operatives already, Jacket is different.
  • Every single building Jacket clears out, he does so fast enough that the cops don't show up (with one exceptio) and he never gets tracked down by them. Considering how large some of those buildings are, that's some killing aptitude to be able to go that fast.
  • Even in that one level, he escapes the house being swarmed by the SWAT and somehow drives out of there and back to his house without getting followed, despite needing to knock down SWAT agents to get out and being parked right next to their cars.
  • Escapes a hospital while barely able to move and under direct police supervision.
  • While still badly injured (Only a day or two after waking up from a coma and the previous level where he could barely move or see), takes on and kills an entire police force, then finishes off the mafia. He only gets arrested at the end because once he had killed the mafia leaders, in his mind his debt to his dead best friend was fulfilled and he didn't have to care anymore.

Just noticed that Ozymandias seems to be Supersonic+ for similar bullet dodging feats to the Hotline Miami ones. Guess I'd upgrade to that then.

Yeah I think I'm just gonna apply this stuff.
