The first one kinda died and was kinda unfair, and Gunvolt got buffs since then. So yeah. No plot this time, just battle. Speed equalized. Both have a week of prep. Izuku starts at 8% but can use his higher percents. Gunvolt has all of his gear and skills. Both are bloodlusted
