Correct me if I am mistaken, but the Marvel page still treats this as the ability to perform on-hit (or even passive?), combat applicable Conceptual/Information/Law Manipulation, Space-Time Manipulation, Soul Manipulation, Physics Manipulation, Durability Negation and more, right? Ant's concerns would still apply - whether you believe they are valid or not is another question.

Well he's still being given those abilities regardless of how often they're used, but I see. Are gamma people like the Hulk assumed to work similarly to this, or are they treated as actually using those when fighting?

i'm 99% sure hulk has his own feats for conceptual manipulation and stuff (it has smth to do with the one below all I think?)

That's only for when Hulk actually taps into his gamma powers, otherwise it's just resistance/NPI.

Not to mention Juggernaut is given power from Cyttorak, a higher-dimensional magical principality
