I agree with Eficiente. Plus, Cuphead has already defeated Goopy Le Grande, which is pretty much the same kind of opponent, with the difference that he is bouncing all the time, but he is focused on raw strenght, just like Satan. Cuphead could just use Smoke Bomb to teleport when Satan is close, and attack from the distance, and repeat the same pattern until Satan gets tired and Cuphead deals the finishing blow.
