Itachi Scaling Question

Forgive me if this has been asked before or has been considered an outlier,but shouldn't Itachi at his peak (or at least as an Edo) scale to Killer Bee and Kyuubi chakra mode Naruto by being able to match them and contributing to the destruction of Nagato's Chibaku Tensei(Planetary Devastacion) core? Killer Bee is rated as "High 6-C" and yet Itachi is rated as "Unknow" for the same feat.

This has already been ask before and as said before the Naruto Verse is going through a revision and that feat will be recalced when it's reached.

Don't ask me what was wrong with the feat because I can't remember, all I know is it will be revised.

I'll let you know though that im not asking which Tier this would be (I know it's probably going to be recalced). I'm just asking if Itachi would be considered at least comparable to B and Naruto for the same feat as them.
