Itachi intelligence upgrade

Right now Itachi's intelligence section just says "Gifted. Extremely intelligent and very observant." which doesn't do it justice at all.

I believe he deserves to get the Genius intelligence rating, here are some feats.

• At the age of 7 he had the wisdom of the Hokage.

• At the age of 7 he already graduaded from the ninja Academy outclassing even the teachers, fully awakened his Sharingan at 8 and at 10 became a chunin.

• He became leader of the anbu at age 13.

• In the databook he is called an outstanding genius.

I'm actually surprised Itachi wasn't rated as a genius before this revision

It makes no sense when we have had literal statements for all these years
